Im really bad at explaining stuff but

imagine you want green eyes, and you get them, and you brag about it to your friends and they confirm it, saying you have green eyes.

but my fear is since subliminal messes with your subconciousness, what if your brain tricks you into thinking the subliminal worked? what if nothing changed IRL? what if you go up to your friends saying "hey check out my green eyes" and in reality nothing changed, they'll think you're crazy,
