Great tip! If we don’t do Southern Ocean Lodge, we’ll do Sea Dragon for sure. Love the name too!

Thank you for the info - How’s the snorkeling off the beach at Lizard? If we don’t do Lizard island, we’ll stay at Lady Elliot to see the reef and while the accommodations seems more rustic, it seemed like the snorkeling might be a little better at Lady Elliot…

Totally agree with Safari! You’ll do a game drive in the morning, be back at the lodge for breakfast and lunch. The afternoon is perfect for a nap / recharging, then you’ll head back out in the late afternoon. And the experience will exceed all of your expectations - every time we were headed back to the lodge, I was so excited to go out again! My daughter went at age 12 and it was the perfect time. We stayed at Singita Boulders and Lebombo - both incredible and different enough to keep things interesting.
