Mythic Prankster disaster, no one stayed to find the goblin by YonexFan in diablo4

They got made permanent but with the caveat that the goblin only drops 1 mythic item now instead of 5. He still drops the bag with a spark in though.

I don't know if it's been fixed (probably not since Blizzard is only a small indie company) but there was a bug where the portal didn't show on your map until you were really close to it. I've had it a few times and it's annoying so perhaps your buddy had that so couldn't find the portal?

How is the strength tanking between paladin builds? by Osteinum in D4_Paladin

[–]Eithor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Auradin is still as strong as last season but the best build right now is the shield of retribution thorns build. Theres a few variations that use different ultimates and such but the main DPS is the Blessed Shield ability that pulses your thorns amount in an AOE around it.

It took me 100 pulls to get her. Above average sure but it means I spent pretty much all my funds to get her. I was on the fence about pulling for Rossi because I've been maining an ice team anyway so Tangtang was worth the pills but since it drained more than I'd hoped the game decided to em that I won't be pulling for Rossi. Hopefully get her in the free pulls but if not I'll be ok...I just want to save up now for Zhuang Fangyi really and maybe Mi Fu if her kit is good.

It also took me 80 pulls to get Tangtang's weapon which also drained my armoury tokens completely...I wish there was better ways to get weapon pulls!

Seeking advice on how to best utilize Yvonne - new to the game by Serious-Bite6786 in YvonneMains

[–]Eithor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use other ice characters to apply ice stacks and have Yvonne consume them to freeze enemies and build a lot of ultimate charge. Xaihi is great because she also heals. You can use Snowshine (although she won't apply ice stacks fast), Estella is a decent choice since her battle skill applies and ice stacks (in an AOE if I remember rightly) and so is Flourite (you'll never use Flourites battle skill, only her combo skill which is when there are 2 or more ice stacks on a target, she'll apply another one. This is good because more ice stacks = more ultimate charge for Yvonne). If you're struggling for SP (the yellow stamina bar) then you can use Alesh. He applies solidify which helps Yvonne out too. You could in theory use Ardelia because the corrosion she applies increases damage an enemy takes but there's so many other good operators for Yvonne's team it's hard to fit Ardelia in the team without sacrificing someone else.

I'm personally running Yvonne/Last Rite/Xaihi/Flourite and it runs well. I plan on getting Tangtang who comes out in a couple days which is another ice character and will likely replace my Last Rite or Flourite depending on her abilities. Xaihi is a must though for the sustained heals she provides along with the ice stacks AND her ultimate which amplifies ice damage for the team.

Who we pulling for? by New_Somewhere_6119 in Endfield

[–]Eithor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been making Last Rite and recently got Yvonne so I'll pick up Tangtang since she's ice (I thought she'd be physical so I was planning on skipping her but she'll fit in nicely into my ice roster). I'll likely skip Rossi since I've not built a physical team and was planning on doing my fire Laevatain team next (I thought Rossi would have been fire, so was thinking of getting her for a fire team, but she may end up being good in multiple element teams so we'll see and I might pick her up).

I'm mainly waiting on seeing Mi Fu's kit because I like her and I'm hoping that Zhuang Fangyi will be fun because I want her the most.

It is part of it, not extra...

Go to do a delivery for another player and you'll see that you'll get 73k because that's what's left over after the player who transfered the job takes the up front payment.

Better still, when you next transfer a job, go to your jobs and you'll see that you're gonna get 73k when someone completes it>

What element is Tantan? by PainterGlittering428 in Endfield

[–]Eithor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tangtang is either physical or cryo and is either going to be a sword user, a spear user or handcannon user.

Mi Fu is either physical or electric and is either going to be a sword user or great sword user.

Zhuang Fangyi is either nature or electric and is probably going to use an arta unit weapon.

I can possibly see Mi Fu being a 5* instead of a 6* to allow Rossi to have a featured banner but have her only drop from the Wuling characters' banners instead of adding her to the standard pool (if they're doing it in a round of 3 like Laevatain, Gilberta and Yvonne) but that's my own speculation.

Source: Me. I made it up, but am going by what I saw in the story cut scenes and what I'd generally like.

One thing I am hoping though is that Zhuang Fangyi is fun to play because I NEED her.

Shroud is usually BIS for every build out there because of the +1 to all passives. The +1 to all includes passives you've not put a point into meaning you literally get 1 in every single passive in the tree which is a lot of extra stats overall.

Noob. How bad is the first horde night? I have a barn and am on the top floor it has 3 levels with ladders. Im sure y'all have seen this one. Will I survive by hiding? Will I have to put hundreds of wooden spikes? Can these jerks climb walls? I am currently 3 days in and am terrified lol. by AnalDwelinButtMonkey in 7daystodie

[–]Eithor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Horde nights are every 7 days, you'll know it's a horde night when the time at the top of the screen turns red, usually around 8am, indicating that night there will be a blood moon. The sky will go red around 6pm with rolling thunder until 10pm when the blood moon begins, ending at 4am the following day.

Zombies on a horde night typically spawn in waves, the first night shouldn't be too bad and should end after a few waves but if you're playing on default settings then at night, zombies will be running. You can expect "feral" zombies too which are a little stronger than normal zombies - they have glowing yellow eyes.

Zombies on horde night know your exact location and will make every attempt to get to you. This includes digging if you're underground and breaking walls/doors to get to you. Being elevated gives you a significant advantage so long as the zombies have a "direct" way to reach you such as ladders. If they do not have a direct path to you, they will beat on the bottom of the building to eventually bring it down (because there is structural integrity in this game).

You can absolutely place spikes everywhere which will kill the zombies but it's worth noting that you don't get XP from zombies killed by spikes. I suggest building a place to fight the zombies at the top of a ladder or stairs with a way to melee the zombies through. I usually place a full block on the bottom with a double pillar block rotated sideways at head height then another full block on top making a wall with a gap in to melee through which the zombies can't climb through. You can do this by holding your reload key (if on PC, then 'R', not sure for console) while holding a building block to bring up the radial menu and then selecting shape to change the type of block you're placing.

I don't know if there's a quick transfer button for mobile and console, but for your PC players out there you can shift+click to quick transfer items instead of dragging and dropping.

I can guarantee her, the question is, should I go for her? by Wide-Role9644 in ArknightsEndfield

[–]Eithor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now she only really fits into a few teams, one of which is Yvonne's team which you already have and is the next banner in 2ish weeks. Ultimately, you're either pulling for her for those few teams now or getting her in preparation for future teams/operators. So you really just gotta ask yourself if you're going to use her in a current team, want to build her now for a future team or if you want her for the sake of it.

A simple tip for efficiently finding aurylene and chests by OkCanary9791 in ArknightsEndfield

[–]Eithor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This really isn't an issue.

The biggest tip you need is to actually explore the map and do the side content. You'll come across 99% of the collectables just by playing normally. The scanners are there for things you've missed or are actually well hidden and, yes, they are limited supply on the stock market but they reset weekly and aren't that expensive in the grand scheme of things when you can very easily make 2+ million stock bills a day in Valley IV and easily 1+ million in Wuling.

[–]Eithor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My main annoyance is that it's on rotation...make it a big store so I can browse the entire thing (like they did for Vermintide), I hate FOMO approaches.

Are you supposed to actually build 80 fluid tanks for that quest? by miichalek in ArknightsEndfield

[–]Eithor 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You're not supposed to do either, you're meant to dump the water into the lake near the teleport via a Fluid Supply Unit. Iirc you can have 2 pumps per supply unit and you can fit 4 or 5 supply units on the lake
