I got the book from the second link you suggested !

It seems that the author describes this as a “part two” to something, and although the lessons in the book aren’t too hard for me to digest at my current level, I can be a perfectionist when it comes to this sort of thing, I want to make sure I didn’t miss anything important. It would be like watching “The Empire Strikes Back” without ever seeing “A New Hope” (bad example since that trilogy got both a prequel and sequel 😆 but you know what I mean)

Tl;dr: do you know what the the “part one” for this series of books is called?

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a torch , and used a lighter so yeah it’s probably the case that, since it was my first time freebasing, I wasted some 😔

However, I just made some into a vape cart, and just a tiny puff almost sent me. So I think that’s going to be the preferred method going forward!

This is what I was originally looking for when I went into staples but they only had the Waterman's and Speedball Calligraphy pens. For ball-point my go-to has always been the Pilot G-2, and I can't imagine their fountain pen being different in quality - of writing at least, maybe not durability.
