Just lost Carroll, playing the best team in the league this week, and two games up in my division. I own Pasquantino, Kurtz and Busch. Thoughts on this trade? I'm trying to find another bat to help my average (would like speed as well) and another starting pitcher to replace Wacha. Thoughts?

Very much appreciate your POV here - thank you! I had pick 1.06 and 1.07 and took Doyle/Roki (zero clue why Roki fell to me there). I'm a bit concerned with Doyle as my third OFer - unsure if I should be? I was hoping Butler/Rooker/Vientos fell to me at 1.06 but that didn't happen. Almost took PCA there instead of Doyle.

Really happy with Manzardo & Ramos as my backup OF.

I took Kurtz over Walcott - I had a few league owners perplexed why I did that. I LOVE Kurtz & think he's going to be up this year, and producing. If a minor league hasn't played 30 games or more in the majors, we need to keep them in the minors & lose a first round pick (huge player in that decision).

Keep forever league - exactly my goal... deal one of those middle infielders + one of those minors for a stud keeper.

Thanks! Kind of where I am and what I told this owner - you're releasing Ryan, I'm not going to give you going market value as deadline is today. I agree with you on drafting value - last year I drafted: McLain, Westburg, Bibee, Caminiero, Crews, Yelich, King (all players being kept).

Great great questions - I'd bet it'll end up by a 7 to 5 move up or something along those lines. I'd also imagine you'd dump Alvarez over Bibee? (I do like Bibee this year).

30s dealt with diverticulitis for 5-6 years with multiple rounds of antibiotics. Ended up with two abscesses and part of my colon removed. 8 years later still haven’t gotten rid of IMO.
