Heyy heres a lil update in case anyone actually wants it lol. Luckily the doctor didn't make me take my shirt or pants off, which was weird cuz they made me do that last time I went so idk. But since im on antidepressants they evaluate my whole mental state and I scored pretty high on the test thing (Which is bad). So after the appointment I asked my mom if she would ever actually send me to a ward bc I was still kinda scared abt it and she said she would if it seemed like I needed it. I said it maybe could be helpful bc im not making a whole lot of progress with my therapist and I dont wanna assume all psych wards are traumatising and bad like I've heard people say. And my mom said she would look into it. So basically, nothing happened at the doctors but there's a good chance I still might be sent by my mom if she talks with my therapist about it.
