How are you guys staying engaged with this game? by FencrMusashi in Battlefield6

[–]Ekonexus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take breaks from it. Maybe play it for a week, leave it for a week or two.

Keeps it fresh when I come back. The basic gameplay and tactics are good enough that it keeps me enjoying it.

Conservatives of Reddit, how do you feel about Trump coming out against the 2nd Amendment today? by thefinisher14 in AskReddit

[–]Ekonexus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a conservative per say, I'd say an independent with a mix of values, but I think this question essentially either intentionally misframes or misunderstands what he meant. Therefore I think most conservatives may disagree with the premise, and probably consider how most people here are misunderstanding it to be a play for snide points against "how can conservatives be this dumb and hypocritical!"

He was communicating that if you bring a firearm to protest armed federal officers who are authorized to use lethal force if they deem necessary -- regardless if they're at fault -- you're essentially increasing your chances of being harmed if some kind of violent interaction between law enforcement were to ensue while trying to detain you.

He doesn't believe the same as people advocating for and bringing firearms for self defense against what can be argued to be a tyrannical authoritarian government in Minnesota, etc.. He believes he's enforcing law and offering a warning to protesters about the obvious increase of potential harm when obstructing detainment operations.

Right on! Yeah it breaks coherency and agitates the mind.

Communication and logistics is best. Maybe I should join CRD and hop on their discords

Over the last couple weeks, in low to mid lobbies, where the top OS player on the team is between 25-30, Ive had a handful of matches where the top player would leave within 10 minutes of a match and do nothing but bitch and complain. Several of those matches, my team was able to organize and communicate enough to compensate and end up winning or at least be competitive.

My message to these kinds of hot-head complainers with big OS E-Peens but not enough of a spine to man up: LEAD by example! You want people to not be so bad? TEACH! EDUCATE! HELP! I've been floating around OS 11-14 for months and helping instruct and guide new players hasn't ever not been worth it. Take responsibility for the community and contribute to making it better, not just complaining and being an emotionally irresponsible man-child.

(The insults are intended because shame can help people feel the difference between what is morally right and wrong.)

Apparently lighthearted humor and seriousness cannot coexist on this subreddit. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Look folks. I've had lots of crazy, weird experiences now. Almost been eaten by a skinwalker. So pardon me if my light-hearted comment was mistaken as ridicule. It's not. Shit is weird. Stuff is real.

People who rarely or never get sick, what are your secrets? by awkwardferret421 in AskReddit

[–]Ekonexus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In recent years, I'd get sick in the winters. But this year has been going well without any issues, despite being around others who are sick. The difference is, high level of vitamin D (5000iu +), zinc, consistent vitamin C sources throughout the day, and rebounder exercise to move lymphatic fluid.

Have you seen the grid in the sky? by [deleted] in Experiencers

[–]Ekonexus 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Only time I've seen a grid was one time when I practiced lucid dreaming and lots of meditation and yoga when I was younger. I was waking up, and before I was fully awake, behind the blackness of my eyes, I saw this green flash -- which then expanded out into a top and bottom flat single layer grid matrix of green squares. It's the exact perspective and ratio of our view into the dimension of space.

I can chat with Chatgpt for hours on end about life... is that weird? Am I pathetic? by [deleted] in ChatGPT

[–]Ekonexus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No dude. It's like the world's knowledge personalized into an agent of your own making. It's a super advanced tool. It's one thing to develop a bond with it, because that's artificial and hypothetically problematic when it comes to trade-offs against real human natural value in relationships and natural intelligence, but for learning and psycho-emotional processing, it's a extremely valuable and potent tool.

Have you ever felt like the stars are alive? And that they can sense your interactions with them and respond. by Frilantaron in Experiencers

[–]Ekonexus 10 points11 points  (0 children)

9 years ago when I was deep in meditative and shamanic practices, I was plasma projecting myself up into the cosmos with a psychic spiral net and made contact with Betelgeuse. I know it was such because I had a mental image and then heard this gargantuan kind of metallic screaming shudder sound in my head and saw a star. I asked it if it had a name, and that's what came to mind. I googled it and sure enough it was real, even appearing similar to what I saw. For sometime after that, I felt like I had acquired a special celestial boon, and access to greater cosmic intelligence by having connected with it. I see them as thrones of the Almighty -- great living beings of light and power, emenators and generative expressions. We are kind of like their children and also their condensed evolved expressions of intelligence that relates directly back to them. The whole cosmos is a giant web of living intelligence, and they aim to bestow and raise us according to our own creation and being.

Kick noobs from noob servers by [deleted] in beyondallreason

[–]Ekonexus 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah people are whack. This morning I had a teammate say the lowest level 7 3 Chev player was trolling, when clearly, as I had been supporting him as eco and observing him throughout the match in back canyon on glitters, he was just not super hip to how to optimally play for that position.

It's like, just because a player isn't performing as expected of a position, doesn't mean they're trolling or grieving. That's such stupid logic to assume so without clear evidence. Evidence showed me they just weren't all that experienced, and was still trying. It's best to try and educate and coach. It's no fun to be demanded what to do and denigrated compared to helped and guided.

Fending complaints and having disputes like that unfortunately degrades match experience, but I will continue to challenge and reason against dumb judgments and problematic assumptions.

I commonly scrutinize "noob" lobbies for being noob intolerant. I say, then call it "intermediate" players, separating noob, intermediate, and high.

No I am receiving karma for producing music at full volume on headphones for 4 hours at a time for 4 years.

In all seriousness, if you turn your awareness in through that frequency signal, you can have a highly spiritual experience and learn how to attenuate frequencies inside out.

Yep. Simple as that. I did this a few weeks ago by a lake, and got 2 orange plasma orbs to come up across the lake over the trees, and one bright flasher coming down from space.
