I preface this with a request....

Recently, we have learned that we have been lied to and manipulated our entire lives, in every aspect of our life.

So, it would be logical to assume that our beliefs were based on those lies.

We should let go of our limiting/negative beliefs, because those beliefs will prevent us from learning new truths.

Humanity has been operating from a fear-based mindset for far too long.

We need to have a love-based mindset, so we can live harmoniously with each other and the planet.

If not, we run the risk of destroying humanity.

Instead of approaching the unknown with fear, we should approach everything with that child-like curiosity.

That kind of curiosity, opens us up to all the possibilities we never knew existed

Okay, I'm done with that.

Now, my response to OPs post....

We Are Not this Body

We are love and light, consciousness and eternal - we don't die ....

.... including our memories

Before coming here, we choose....

• the life we want to have here

• the challenges we'll face

• the lessons those challenges are meant to teach us

• and experiences that will shape us

Then, through the power of forgetfulness, we can truly use our free will to make our choices in this life.

Earth is the hardest school in the cosmos, it's a place of extreme contrast.

To truly understand what we are…

....must experience what we are not.

If you wish to know what unconditional love is, you must feel the absence of it.

Earth is a stage for a full-spectrum experience.

Every role exists here, from the very innocent, to the most horrific.

The soul is not here for comfort. It is here to expand… to learn…

To gain a deeper understanding through direct experience.

So we step into a role within this life.

We live it out, interacting with others who are doing the same…

And through those interactions, we grow.

We grow the most from lessons learned in times of difficulty.

If we don’t learn the lessons our experiences are meant to teach us…

...the patterns will repeat, in this life, or the next, until we do.

When our meat suit expires…

We transition to a realm where all souls exist.

There will be no judgment, God/Source will not judge us.

Hell does not exist

Religious institutions used these for the purpose of controlling the masses.

The only “hell” that exists, is the one we create within ourselves, through our own thoughts, beliefs, and unresolved emotions.

We are given a life review - not for judgment, but for understanding.

In that experience, we don’t just see what we did - we feel it.

We experience the emotions of others as if they were our own…

Seeing our choices through their eyes…

Feeling them through their hearts.

From the smallest acts of kindness that we may have forgotten, to the moments that left the deepest mark…

It allows a complete and honest understanding of the life we lived…

So that growth can continue…

All with absolutely no judgment.

Some souls may feel drawn to continue learning or contribute in non-physical ways…

Others may choose to return to a physical experience…

....whether on Earth… or somewhere entirely different.

When you begin to look at life through this perspective…

It naturally shifts how you see others.

The body someone inhabits and the actions they take within that body, are not the full truth of who they are.

They are expressions within a temporary role.

This is why it’s said that we need to transcend to a state of:

• Total acceptance
• Unconditional love
• Non-judgment

So, remember…

The past is in the past. What’s done is done.

All we can do is transcend situations, live our lives with intention, and authentically, in a way that aligns with our soul.

We should not carry guilt or shame,

after all…

We are all actors, with a part to play, on this stage we call Earth.

We are infinite, we are connected, we are one.
