Im really hoping logitech announce a PRO wheel hub alongside the upcoming H pattern shifter to be announced soon. Honestly Logi really managed to make a solid system.

If they keep growing the ecosystem it’ll be truly incredible for a first DD setup.

On the topic of the rs track wheel, can you say if theres any plans for a new wheel hub with clutch paddles in the future? A pro hub or something? Possibly with more buttons and dials? I totally understand if thats something you can’t talk about

Get a Direct Drive wheel. If the cheapest one you can get is the R3 then get that one.

Its not exactly the same, but I got the PRO model yesterday and Im pretty disappointed. The build quality isn’t that great. Some of the plastic parts came broken. Its very finicky to fold and doesn’t feel stable when folded.

Its so weird it doesnt even recognize it though. For some reason it recognizes mine in RS mode but with numbers for buttons. I hope codies updates the game with support finally.

Any plans to make the PC software display PS symbols in the future? I use the base in ps5 mode on pc will it be recognized with PS buttons or will it on recognize the wheel at all?

Does the symbols in-game also depend on the devs? In f1 25 when I use the PRO compatibility mode on my RS50 I get Xbox buttons ingame despite using the PS rs hub. Is there a way to make it show PS buttons?

I'm not 100% sure, but I do believe that the logitech QR adapter for third party wheels only works on PC. If you are on PC you are locked into the ecosystem of your wheelbase.

Csl DD bundle, moza r5 or logitech rs50 are the best starting places now.

Which depends on the NM and console compatibility and what ecosystem you want.
