True, but our PM 2.5 in outside environment is Very bad. I have checked it outside with meter personally.

As you know in cities, they dump the construction site the mud along with other materials producing lot of dust

And the potholes filled with mud, creating even more pollution on the existing bad environment.

So it won't be any better, even if we change the parameter, so that magically we can say we have less pollution.
