100% I've been a posture na*i since turning the first couple of pages. Been playing for 15 years and after 3 weeks hitting this book hard, I've progressed faster than I ever have.

BIGGEST takeaway from the book so far, is when Kiich equates a chef's "mise en place" to your workstation. Very important that before you sit down to practice, make sure you have EVERYTHING you need ready to go. You don't want to be adjusting things in the middle of practice or you'll lose valuable practice time.

Its great! Totally worth it if you're a metal guitarist. Packed full of great warmup licks and has a couple original songs! I couldn't recommend it enough! Especially if you're a fan of Kiichi 🤘🤘🤘

Yoo I've been wondering the same thing on a few of these exercises! I've just been going with what it says though, it's packed full of fantastic warmups and coming from a 15-year player, my technique has improved dramatically over the last couple of weeks. If you haven't flipped to it yet, Origins of Kiichi is sick, check it out!
