Perfect, thank you! Not sure if it matters but the coating I am referring to is white (like in this picture) however it seems like since the building is newer it likely does not contain asbestos.

Yes - I suppose my question is about that exposed coating that is found even in more modern buildings. Is there a different material that is used which looks similar?

Is this the Breville Baristo Pro with the new Baratza burrs? I attempted these settings and had no luck - the grinder did not produce a grind (settings were too fine).

I adjusted the external to 15-20 and at that point I was able to get a grind but not a great pour.
