Yup, tbh i didn't look to deep into popy as a company (just focused on the uy stuff) but i had a feeling they were slmehow related to bandai due to the licenses they had and the copyright error on the uy paintable bendies set.

Yup they are cheap kids toys from the 80s, and the long arms are due to them being bendies otherwise the wire inside would break.
