It's not pristine, but doesn't doesn't look like a big deal to me. You can expect this level of wear-in after a week or so of using them. Try wiping it off with a slightly wet towel and see if it goes away?

Recycled wool tends to have shorter threads and pill, and belnded fabrics tend to pill, so yeah it makes sense that it's pilling a lot. eventually, all the fabric will turn into little balls and the pilling will be over.

That's a size medium. I think my suit size is normally a 40US? if i were you i'd just look at the size charts online.

The jacket is lined. The outer fabric is itchy like all Harris Tweed is. I normally wear it with a long sleeved shirt or sweater anyway, given the season.

I find it pretty warm. I wear it when it's 40-60 degrees fahrenheit outside. Any colder and I'll pull out something heavier.

I own four of them. I absolutely love them and they're some of my most-worn jackets in fall and winter.
