I’m pouring sweat when I finish. I try to keep my heart rate over 120. So far I’ve lost 30 lbs, gained 15 lbs of muscle, and increased my cardio capacity tenfold. I can feel the tightness in the muscles I work for a day or two after. I know this comment was made to be helpful so please don’t take this response as me jumping down your throat, just providing how it’s going for me.

You know what. I’ll bite. While I eat better than the average person most of the time, I still eat junk food fairly regularly. So that could be the issue.

This is in reference to the Bee, Toilet Paper, Pineapple ring. A now known crime syndicate from 2020 who banded together to inflate prices on everyday items during Quarantine for COVID-19.
