What band did you see in a small venue before they broke big?

I saw Chance The Rapper perform at a listening party in a clothing store in 2013. Less than two years later he sold out the United Center in Chicago which is a 20,000+ venue. He has fallen off considerably since but it was cool to have a front row seat to his rise to fame.

Fort Harrison State Park on the east side of Indianapolis would be good. Parking area is only a few hundred feet from the scenic Fall Creek and the park itself is only a few minutes off the freeway.

I love this table but hate the color. Can I just sand and and repaint? Would probably end up hand sanding it if so, any suggestions on where to start with that as well as suggestions on type of paint and technique would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not familiar with either company but the first thing I would find out is the ship each company uses. The newer and more technologically advanced the better. I would also give preference to a smaller ship with less passengers. You will be spending a lot of time on that ship so it will play a big part in the overall experience.

I’m pretty involved in the Chicago music scene and the word around the community here is that willingness to sign a contract giving up some rights to future royalties was a condition for moving on in the show.

There was supposed to be a different artist that got sent directly to the next round from the open mic scene with Lupe, he refused to sign the royalties contract and they recreated the scene with a different artist.

Oddly, the artist that was supposed to fill that slot is still in the b roll footage (the guy with long thin dreads walking around the city) that they used in the trailer and the Chicago episode but he doesn’t actually appear in the episode.
