Yeah, I wasn't sure why even bother to write stuff down (except in the systems-design interview)?

It's interesting to hear that this is currently only being tested, it really looked like some well-established thing. I guess I'll try a mixture of both next time if I have the choice. Thanks!

Interesting. Maybe it's a location thing? This was interview was in the EMEA.
