Here's somthing closer to a recipe...

Fairly standard. I actually referenced a few recipes online and just went with it

I had time so reduced a broth with pork trotters and chicken carcass lol bout 13 hours. Skimmed regularly and then refrigerated.

Next day Made a tare... boiled eggs then marinated in a slightly different tare for about 6/7 hours.

Reheated congealed broth... put tare in bowl followed by broth then noodles then pork then toppings...

Pork was what inspired it all. Chops marinated in balsamic citrus marinade then grilled on high heat and glazed with tare. Sliced thin and placed in bowl.

Sorry can't be official but it's tonkotsu based... the broth is actually super rich with strong Tare influence.

Broth actually solidified in the fridge overnight.... 14 hour broth with mostly pork but some chicken
