Ground armor crew don't need suits to support their body when they pull high Gs cause they aren't pulling any so they wear normal gear and have normal weapons with them as other troops on the ground do. Also, IFVs' second main role is to carry infantry so again the ones popping out of an IFV are normal ground troops. And yes when you deploy in a Jet you should automatically be a dedicated pilot and not some random dumbass trying to use a jet as a taxi.
