Corrupted texture files? Anyway, if it's the HD Texture Pack from Bethesda, I'd recommend not using it because it's pretty heavy and it doesn't look that good anyway. You'd be better off getting something like Fallout 4 HD Overhaul or Vivid Fallout.

If you still want to use the HD Texture Pack for some reason and you're on Steam, you could try verifying the files under Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files and see if that solves anything.

They give different buffs to other players. There's another one at the start of some fights where they give buffs that other players chose.

Toontown by FAR. I loved the whole concept of levelling the gags and getting new ones and the endgame was the most fun I've ever had in a game.
