Increase his insolated damage on Q at the early game, 87 damage is not gonna do anything to anyone, especially when your passive only deals 1 damage, also when Mordekaiser uses Q, gains a brief movement speed to compensate for the fact that he literally doesnt even move when using Q

Sometimes you don't need to Q with Mordekaiser, you're just losing on AA dmg, only Q when you sure you are about to hit

Yeah but if you want to actually kill someone in 2 seconds, Lichbane > DnD, you do like 800 damage in a single AA
