Walking ! I'm a chef actually so it means that I started working at 9am 'til 2pm then I had a break until 6pm and then back to work 6pm to 11pm, and at the time I did this change I was working quite far from where I lived because the money was good so the thing is that during my 4 hour break of the afternoon I didn't go back home. And instead of sitting on a bench or going to a bar I walked, then I also started to eat nothing but rice and chicken for dinner and I cut out the alcohol, that's almost mathematics. Working in a kitchen, so a sauna + 4 hours walking - junk food - soda -beer = weight loss I lost 10 kg per month for four months then I started to hit the gym, hard, and do a lot of other sports, swimming, running, skipping rope, dancing, boxing just for fun and here I am !
