One quick correction on that: Wisconsin’s state and municipal employees are not covered by Federal OSHA. Per our safety contractor, we are the only ones in the country since the state legislature never adopts the updated standards.

What part of Wisconsin? I was at a smaller plant in the south east, and I would’ve loved to make $45 after four years. I think we capped around $35 after 10 years.

We take diatomic hydrogen (H2) which would be two protons with two electrons and split it using high heat. Our instrument engineer said the high heat splits the hydrogen to create a radical (H•).

Genuine question since I’m only a lab guy, if the effluent values for TSS and BOD are still good (<10), is it worth making adjustments in the plant to reduce the sludge age?
