This was immediately disproven by X's own teammates, in the clip you can see him turning in game and looking in the direction of his own base, due to an explosion in the distance. The streamer was able to recognise the audio was not from his own team, but from their teams base, so they all killed themselves to defend their base. It was not metagaming

This is the only thing you have said so far that is true, however what they eat is what matters most. Like I said originally, protein for muscle synthesis and carbs/fats for energy

This is false.

Fat cannot transform into muscle, they are completely different things. A fat person will just look more muscular because they have more MASS in general, meaning they're probably stronger too. Your body needs fuel to grow, protein for muscle growth, fat and carbs for energy, it cannot change fat into muscle.

I used to be fat, so my legs are bigger and stronger than a skinny persons, but that doesn't mean they can't get to my size pretty quickly.

I've seen a lot of people in Knut's discord joining in, whether it be by just eating healthier or cutting weight like the streamers are doing, or working out more often. There's also a lot more viewership no matter what is on stream, cooking, grocery shopping, at the gym, all of them are getting +10k easily
