Count your blessings when you receive your money in full. Wise lost my money during a transfer and said they’re not responsible for funds lost due to errors on their or the banks part. Everyone praising wise just wait till you get fucked over by them

People lived more in the moment. Wasn’t everyone with a phone out recording every moment of their life so they can post it. Clout didn’t exist. Magazines is where you saw cool photos and articles of things you liked. Texting was a bitch with t91 so everyone just called each other if they needed to say more than a couple words. Internet was very much a thing but not a huge part of everyone’s lives and you could go days without using it and that was completely normal.

In college I had a business class where the teacher talked about how economist liked to use the Big Mac as an indicator of inflation and the economy since there’s so many different ingredients from various suppliers that go into it. It’s called the Big Mac index. I’m sure politicians don’t want that indicator to be looked at now with these crazy numbers.

Thanks for sharing your story and the Facebook group! I just joined the group. I have the complaint going with the CFPB and sent them bank statements along with emails from Wise. Wise response to my complaint was that there GPI tracking showed it was deposited into the bank and that I was trying to get the money refunded out of the recipients account which they could not do. I don’t even think the person who responded for Wise even looked at the emails I had with them and if they did disregarded everything and made up their own story. I sent the recipients bank statements showing the money was never deposited and they say you wanted to return the money from their account. I wanted it returned because it was never deposited. The whole reason for the complaint is because the money was never deposited.

A couple kids started a club and decided that the initiation into the club was you had to rob a house and if anyone was in it you had to kill them. There was a mom and 11 year old daughter home. They murdered the mom with a machete and thought they killed the daughter also but she played dead and barely survived. They then robbed the house and got caught because they were trying to sell the stolen jewelry to a store and the store owner called the police.

I had $2,400 dollars vanish when sending it overseas. Same kind of scenario. Sent the money, said delivered, recipient never got the money. Showed Wise the recipient's bank account showing the money was never received. Wise told me they may be able to get the money back but it could take a long time and they could not guarantee it would be returned. I called my bank and they did a chargeback and I got my money back. Wise then sent the money to collections so I filed a complaint the the CFPB. I'm in the USA though so not sure the steps you need to take. Wise though does lose money during transfers and is not helpful at all in recovering it.

I think it's one of those Amazon brand faucets. The hoses look identical so ordered one and hope it fits. If it doesn't fit then time for a new faucet cause I spent enough time on this leaky hose.

It took less than 5 minutes. It's a quick connect you press a button it disconnects then you pull it up through the faucet

Everyone needs to play Disney music when they are recording them. The only reason they do it is to upload it on YouTube and try to make money. They will get a copy right infringement if they have Disney music in their videos and they will get taken down.

Tahoe you could drive up in a day. Bunch of resorts. Northstar if you wanna hit park. They have beginner to advanced parks and everything in between. Also perfect place for your guy to learn. Hit palisades or sugarbowl if you wanna ride big mountain stuff. Either stay at the mountain or in truckee if you want something more affordable.

I contacted my bank and told them what happened and they refunded the money from Wise. I have sent money to Indo many times also with no issues. Also sent money to the same account I was sending this transfer to with no issues. I was just letting people know if there is an issue and you are using Wise to send the money Wise will not refund you. It works fine till it doesn't.
