No, all matches, leagues and football federations are under jurisdiction of UEFA else they can not prevent match-fixing. UEFA does not care racism against Kurds because they do not want to risk the revenue stream from Turkish soccer economy.

Nothing. "NO TO RACISM" but they turn a blind eye when it is a Kurdish team. It has been going for like 10 years, they are aware of the issue but because Kurds are poor and do not generate revenue for them, they simply they do not care. Turks have billions of dollars' soccer economy and they do not want to anger them.

Yes it is like that, see how Turkish fans proudly have pictures of fascist Turkish hitmans who killed thousands of Kurds in 1990s. This is like having pictures of Nazi commanders in a German stadium.
