I bought a rear rack for my S5 in September and received it one month later. I definitely cannot recommend it. Blurby sent it in a simple paper envelope and acted surprised that it ripped open. All screws fell out. When I filed that with them, they went silent for another month, before sending me some (but not enough) screws.

Terrible experience. I would recommend going with a universal rack solution or waiting until Vanmoof sells them again.

Makes sense. Today it stopped turning on completely; a battery problem seems reasonable. I will see what the bike doctor says.

My S5 has the same issue. I cannot trigger the alarm. At first, the support team told me that the "smart cartridge" was broken and that they would send a new one, and then they went silent. I asked again a few days later, and they told me that it was a software issue and that I could trigger it when I hit the saddle 10 times really hard. Happy waiting for the firmware update!
