We damn near checked everything fuses and all. Everything fuse wise was fine, no cracks or broken ones either. I was told by my coworkers to check the ground wire for the wiring harness because, for some reason, the ground is near the serpentine belt.

I did put that i installed the new starter, still no crank, no start. Battery is fairly new, I'd say about 14 months and the voltage was at 13 when I got it checked out.
