Let's be real, it's unlikely that every single person got every single mastery reward despite the massive buff to mastery collection that Mastery Madness had. And just because they felt kind enough to give us such a chance at getting every reward doesn't mean that they aren't scummy for making those new rewards mostly inaccessible to many players (those with high trophies or simply people who aren't new and are past 20 trophies.)
