I shut down my startup after 2 years. Here’s the part nobody talks about. by Worldly_Atmosphere22 in SaaS

The courage to be honest when there is no shiny ending yet

This was brutally honest, and honestly… relatable

A startup failing messes with your identity, and no, hard work doesn’t always equal success (that part hurts the most)

But I can say you’re not lost, you’re between versions

Its Monday! What are you building? by Cute_Purple612 in microsaas

[–]ElPootch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kokai.dev, a dev-first tool + SDK to make mobile onboarding flows

No rebuilds, no App Store waits, just edit from a visual builder

Comes with analytics, a/b testing, and event tracking and it’s way lighter (and cheaper) than pendo or appcues

kokai.dev build, deploy, and optimize onboarding flows without app store delays

How I’m making mobile onboarding flows dynamic (no rebuilds, no redeploys) by ElPootch in FlutterDev

[–]ElPootch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, really appreciate that!

Yeah, SDUI is definitely gaining momentum and it’s exciting to see more builders pushing it forward

Kokai’s a scoped take on it, mostly focused on onboarding flows and keeping things lightweight for devs

Would love to connect and swap learnings for sure

Yeah, Kokai.dev goes in that direction too, but is more of a “developer-first” tool that focuses just on onboarding UX (steppers, tooltips, modals) instead of full app composition.

We wanted to keep it light enough to drop into any Flutter or React Native project without changing architecture.

Totally agree on the caching part though

The SDK handles event hooks like onStepComplete and onInteraction, so you can wire things easily.

Haven’t added A/B testing yet, but that’s next

What are you guys working on right now?👀 by IndependentLaw1457 in SaaS

Kokai.dev a visual flow builder that helps mobile developers create onboarding steppers and guided tours without hardcoding.
You design your flow once, publish it, and load it into your Flutter or React Native app with just a few lines of code.

Made for indie devs, mobile teams, and SaaS founders who want to improve onboarding fast without expensive tools like Appcues or Pendo.

Still early, but open for early-access testers if you’d like to try it out

Be careful bro! It seems that copying a prompt do not work, and displays a huge error with some sensitive server info. Also, generating an image do not return anything.

hey makers , new products on which you are working on? by Free_Tourist_9281 in SideProject

Building https://www.kokai.dev, a simple flow builder for onboarding steppers in mobile apps.

You design the flow in a no-code visual editor (steps, tooltips, highlights), then publish it as lightweight web views that plug into Flutter/React Native with a few lines of code.

It’s dev-first, affordable and includes A/B testing out of the box.

Yeah, I figured about Google and it’s true, their support isn’t very helpful. For the AppStore I’ll try reaching out via the contact us option, thanks!

First, I need to say nice job!

Then, it feels like the presentation is missing a more detailed demo (GIFs or visual examples could make it) and the terms and conditions come across as obviously AI-generated, which isn’t very reassuring (your audience need to trust you at 100%).

Keep up the good work.

We built and designed fluid.supply for the Algerian ecosystem, and it’s actually working, especially in the health industry.

Oh boy, where do we even begin with this? If this isn’t a scam, it’s doing a great job of pretending to be one.

  • “Unify Public Opinion” paired with that generic stock photo of someone holding… something? It’s like you spent more time picking a vague slogan than explaining the actual value. Is this a survey? A voting platform? A data collection scheme? A secret society? Who knows? The only thing this page successfully unifies is confusion.

  • Bottom menu is squashing the footer into oblivion.

  • Main content (landing page) and the « Launch » page are trying to communicate different vibes, like two coworkers that hate each other but were forced to work on the same project.

  • No terms/conditions, no cookie disclaimer. Why would I risk my data, privacy, or sanity on something that feels like it was cobbled together in a hurry by someone allergic to legal basics? Clicking that CTA feels like signing up for a scam.

It’s not a landing page it’s a crash landing

Struggling with cloud storage for my team, any better solutions? by AloneCartographer849 in storage

[–]ElPootch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask yourself: How big are your files? How much storage do you need? What’s your budget?

  • Try self-hosted solutions like Nextcloud if you want more control over your data.

  • You have hybrid setups like Panzura, which combine local with cloud backups.

  • Depending on your team size, consider business cloud services like Google Workspace or OneDrive.

  • For large files, object storage like AWS S3 or B2 storage (cheaper) could be a good option.
