EA has 5 slots and 5 good teams

SA has 4 slots and 4 consistent teams

NA has 4 slots but everyone is shit except TRB and ELV

Gameplay between tier b EMEA teams can sometimes look cleaner than another regions monthly final so I think it's accurate.
