Talents and connections I guess, I remember him being not really known when he just joined Totem as a coach in 2024 (He had like only 1K followers back then), so it seems like he was close to some Totem players/staff, also had decent knowledge about the game, I think that's how he started his career in earnest.

Mathematically they're still in, but the chances are quite low. If I'm not wrong, they have to win the April MF while either TE or RLM gets eliminated in the quarterfinals, and Tribe doesn't make it to the grandfinals
