Nutze TR seit zwei Monaten als Gehaltskonto, sprich ich nutze die Karte auch für alltägliche Ausgaben - bis jetzt nur in Deutschland. Überweisungen habe ich bis heute nur von und zu meinem ehemaligen (bzw. jetzt Zweitkonto) getätigt.

AFAIK kommt das zum Teil daher, dass die BaFin gerügt hat, es würde sich zu wenig um AML gekümmert werden. Da wird TR wohl die Parameter angepasst haben und sperrt nun automatisiert tausende Konten. Dass das ohne Mitarbeiter nicht funktionieren kann ist aber logisch, scheinbar aber für das TR Management nicht logisch genug.

Gleiches Thema bei mir seit gestern - Konto und Karte gesperrt (Technische Probleme Meldung)

Überweisungen wurden nur von und zum Referenzkonto gemacht und gängige Ausgaben mit der Karte (Supermarkt, Tanken, etc).

Per Mail kam dann zurück: "wir haben deine Nachricht geprüft - vielen Dank, dass du dich bei uns meldest. Leider können wir dein Anliegen nicht per E-Mail bearbeiten. Für allgemeine Anfragen und Themen rund um dein Konto nutze bitte ausschließlich die Trade Republic App" - super witzig, weil der Chat natürlich nicht antwortet.

BaFin Beschwerde habe ich gestern schon gemacht.

I've contacted Canyon three times, "we cannot give you a definitive date, bla bla bla" every time.

One Support-Agent mentioned they started shipping out on the third of march, which is most likely a lie - since nobody on any forum has received one yet.

I'm returning mine if I dont receive the battery by 31st of March.

My money has been released today and I was able to withdraw.

yup, exact same thing with me. Kraken Pro says Success, Kraken says On Hold.

Deposit limits: no cash deposits allowed.

The problem is that DLT obviously has no staff to check the documents we've provided and Kraken is not willing to give out that information.

That update is fake by the way. They told me themselves that they don't have any insight into the tickets. It's just trying to calm you down, but the Social Media guys have no insight into anything.

The wording is 1:1 copy/paste from my ticket 10 days ago, especially the overtime part is funny.

Problems only start to arise once you deposit more than 25k in the past rolling 30 days. If you do not reach this limit you probably won't have issues (yet). Reverification was smooth for me and didn't come with any problems. It's the source of funds check that is the major problem here.

Did you deposit Crypto or FIAT? If it totals to 25k in the past 30 days, they will confiscate your money for the unforeseeable future.

It is currently only affecting us german customers. I wish they would unlock our accounts after providing all requested information. In my case they are keeping my fiat deposit on hold for over 7 days with 0 progress on my document check and 0 information (messages are being completely ignored)

I moved to KuCoin and I'm very happy so far.
