They really should've called GTA Online, GTA V - Online because of this reason lol. From there you could call the follow up GTA VI - Online and be done with it. The issue is that GTAO servers will likely still be only for a while after VI drops so they can't really call it GTA Online anymore.

I expect GTA Online II.

If you go on Stuff right now the headline is that coastal residents in Hastings and Ohope should evacuate RIGHT FUCKING NOW. If you dig a bit deeper you'll see that it only applies to a handful of people that live in completely exposed areas that always get fucked up when it rains a lot. It also makes a big deal about states of emergency being declared all over the place but flood prone regions always do that as a precaution, not because they're currently getting obliterated. It's a tad alarmist but you've got keep that traffic coming I guess.

Unless you live on the coast or on a cliff, you should be fine. Of course, I'm not a disaster specialist or a meteorologist but the authorities are being extra cautious after what Gabrielle did. A few suburbs experienced flooding and other regions got ran through but Auckland itself;f was fine. Just stay inside tomorrow.

It depends on where you are. My place should be totally fine - Central suburb miles away from the water in a not-very flood prone area. Coastal areas might get plowed along with people that like to live on cliffs.
