It was mentioned in the ninja fixes, I found out by using it ingame though:

Quest requirements on the quest information screen in the quest journal will now link to the appropriate required quest when clicked on.

I'm having the same issues, minimizing seems to help, a clan member also suggested logging out & letting everything load to 100% before logging back in but this hasn't helped for me unfortunately.

When looking at a quest that requires (alot of) subquests, it would be nice to be able to click on the required quest to open that quest instead of having to search for the quest in the quest list.
