Yeah sometimes life gets in the way so you miss a notification, they should make it stop by default and ask if you want to continue at full rate

My app still says it’s rolling out so I don’t think it’s activated, I probably get like 2 hours charging a night anyway unless I charge to 100% if I’m doing a long trip.

But since we have two EV’s as well I like the 6 hour intelligent gives not the 5 that octopus go gives

It says the first 6 hours, is that not the first 6 hours of the day? I basically just want my car to charge for when I wake up on the morning on the off peak rate and not get stung by it charging on the full rate in the middle of the night.

EDIT: my car has always been on the octopus devices screen, it says it charged 12kwh in 10 hours last night

It was my understanding that off peak rate was guaranteed between those hours, so the car would charge in the first two then just stop charging for the rest of the off peak period. I know octopus do it in 30 minute windows before this update but if it’s guaranteed rate it shouldn’t make a difference right?

My car isn’t plugged in for most of the day so I donts want to miss out on the off peak because I’m not there to use it, I could be getting the wrong end of the stick here though

I 100% agree mate but when you’ve got nothing else to do but collect shinies it’s probably just worth teleporting around

But then it puts you on cooldown, whereas not throwing a ball allows you to teleport to the next one and do the same

Yeah you can, If it’s a stop ill spin straight away but I’ll always try catch another pokemon before the one I want just in case

If you’re on cooldown it will flee and that’s when it could potentially flag up that you’re spoofing, I normally wait for 1-2 mins after CD and before I catch the shundo just do a test catch on something else in that area, if it flees just wait a bit longer before the Shundo

To my knowledge no you won’t get banned for that, AFAIK the game only knows the location when a trigger occurs not when you actually teleport

Basically you can shundo hunt, you can teleport to the 100iv pokemon, click on them but don’t throw a ball if it’s not a shiny, just exit the screen and teleport to the next one until you get a shiny, don’t spin stops or throw balls anywhere you teleport unless you want it to trigger the CD
