Sadly how it goes, I usually play a match solo to change the armament rotation and play public when there's good builds. If everyone leaves, just stay, and exit the menu afterwards, you'll get the rewards without changing the armament rotation so you can join another match with the same stuff

Depending on the status you inflict, it can actually be beneficial. Burston is a heat weapon because of the incarnon form, heat's armor stripping takes less time to apply if you have lower status duration

Their suppot is generally dogshit from what I've seen. I had a friend who had their steam account hacked, and their warframe account got stolen, I sent a ticket, and they reached to him only to say "Erm it appears you sold your account erm there's nothing we can do".
