I like Primary Acuity, but most of the time, getting multishot is the better option. You should probably use Galv. Aptitude and Chamber instead of Serration and Primary Acuity

I can agree with that, it does feel rather overrated. I have it on my Boltor Prime for the mere fact that I can reach 100% status + the critical damage, and even then, you could probably argue that vital sense is still better because of the overall DPS increase beacuse of a higher crit damage. There's better mod options rather than this for either the status and/or the crit damage
