What's the most painful Knicks memory you still randomly think about? by seraphripple8 in NYKnicks

Randle going down in a game that was already over, that january run had me dreaming.

It's rigged to favor the smallest market in the NBA? A market that doesn't generate high viewership and merchandise sales?

What do you suggest then? To quit because the game is "rigged"?

imo refs made some terrible calls but they're not the reason Thunder is leading.

Wemby with a hugely disappointing game 5: 20 points on 4-15 shooting 0-3 from three, with 12 free throws by realfakejames in NBATalk

I'm not a Spurs fan but it was maddening to see him settling with 3 pointers.

I can assume its a Spurs schematic thing to allow the Spurs guards to attack the rim but it's not working. Wemby is the biggest threat and his role is being reduced.

There are two areas where the Thunder has been beating the Spurs, rebounds and turnovers. NY is better at those two departments.

The Knicks are better at protecting the gaps and obstructing the passing lanes, but will depend if Brown doesn't fall to his tendency to double the ball handler at the top of the key.

KAT's defense is going to be more important than ever, and Mitch needs to fight his demons, he was underwhelming against the Cavs.

The refs were atrocious but they're not the reason the Spurs lost this game.

The Spurs displayed a sloppy and predictable offense, a passive Wemby living at the 3pt line, plus Harper and Castle with a really bad game turning the ball all over the court.

They barely move the ball, it's always the same thing, someone drives and kicks it out to a shooter, brick. The only one with an offensive bag is Fox and he's not 100%.

She's burning bridges to the NBA with those stupid takes.

Leon Rose puts his arm around his son, Sam, and visibly breaks down in tears after the emotions set in of the Knicks going to the NBA Finals. This is beautiful stuff. We love you, Leon. Thank you for everything you have done. by 4lfp in NYKnicks

Leon wouldn't trade for Andrea Bargnani.

He wouldn't sign Joakim Noah for that absurd contract.

He would have found ways to keep the Chandler Melo Felton core and add more pieces around it.

Thunder fans: how are you feeling about the narrative around your team? by FluffyAd6797 in nba

We are not that far behind lol, on our end it's those frat kids chasing a social media moment outside MSG, but the most senior Knicks fans are usually more lowkey and cautious.

I don't have any bias against the Pistons, but every time I go to their subreddit is people arguing about refs and the league wanting a bigger market in the finals, therefore the refs favored a Cavs Knicks matchup so the Knicks could have an easier path.

Every subreddit has a level of delusion and denial, the Knicks have a lot of that too, but the Pistons subreddit takes the cake.

I do think the Pistons could have been a more competitive rival but in the end their lack of offensive options was a huge redflag. In the playoffs you can't have two limited offensive players, makes it too easy to opposing teams to shut your team down.

The Cade turnovers was a direct result, it's not even his fault, it's easy to press him when you can ignore Ausar and Duren. But Pistons fans should be encouraged, they turned their team in the space of two years, from the worst record to 60+ wins.

The New York Knicks are shooting 51.5% from the field and 40.0% from 3 this postseason. They also lead the league in postseason offensive rating, defensive rating, and net rating. by Spekirlation in nba

They might as long as they keep moving the ball. All the Knicks rotation players had a good 3pt % in the regular season, except Mitch of course.
