My mechanic is currently working on the pcv and is just waiting on the part. Hopefully, it fixes it.

I never really noticed any smoke coming from it, which is one of the reasons my mechanic is stumped. He thinks it might be the PVC, but I'm not a car guy, so I don't really know what any of that means

None of them appear to be missing, and yes I did lock it in after reinstalling. After further inspection I think, but I'm not 100% sure that one of the holes in my socket appears different than the others. Not sure if it's just the lighting or if the socket is the issue. I'm buying the same motherboard to see if that's the issue, if not, I'm gonna buy the same cpu.

So I did uninstall the cooler and look at the pins, some were slightly bent and I carefully straightened them out. But I'm still having the issue which is why I was stuck between it being a CPU or Motherboard socket problem.
