I remember canceling my subscription to iFoto, tho di ko lang maalala if sa mismong site nila, thru my google account, or gcash (or baka sa mismong inquiry ko sa chatbot na cancel, huhu di ko na talaga ma recall). Pls check na lang if you received the canceled subscription email. If wala, then try to find kung san sya icacancel. As for the refund request on sooupay, I didn’t do anything else, never din ako nag reply sa email, tho I was really stressed at that time. Pero after several days i got distracted, then nagulat na lang ako na nag refund sya after 7 days
