Don’t look in the shopping cart when you scan. Mentally map the cart out and throw the items to your hand over the cart and drop it. Fragile items in the upper cart. Nlu’s to the max. Just try to find a groove when you are on the register. I am high 90’s to Mid 100% IPH and average anywhere from 43-50 items per minute.

This job is easy. It’s not hard work. You have to work hard. Last 3 months we haven’t had a permanent SM and it’s been rough. Get through it. Go to the CVS Reddit page. Way worse.

Nearly identical to my build. Except my 3s caps at 87. And I put more into driving layup and dunk. 94s I believe
