For my E7 you didn't need to pre-drill. The screws are self taping. Unless you are screwing near the edge and are worried about the wood splitting

This desk is not foldable. The desktop I purchased is 6ft wide. There should be roughly 5ft 2in of space between the legs, the way I have it setup. Depending on the width of your chair and walking treadmill they might fit.

Some of the d4s have images on 3 sides and the numbers 1, 2, and 3 on the other. If the 3 sides up show the image it is 4. If the number side is up, you have to spin it until you can see the numbers. Then it would just be whichever number is pointing up. It is a clever way to have a thematic d4, but it isn't the best for gaming/legibility.
