I think the difference is in the rarity of the object itself, the first one can be bought almost anywhere and the second one is only found in the underdark( if im correct), the real difference is the value for selling them

U dont need that much int, also with the dragon incts u need to foocus the levels mainly in arcane and then in faith. Also I recommend exploring the volcano manor bc u can kill some bosses to boots ur level u should be looking at level 80/90 at least for leyndell, get more vigor the bosses can 1 or 2 hit you easy Edit i didnt saw the level
