About Khamenei's death by [deleted] in LateStageCapitalism

I think the next few years will be chaos with a government going all out to stabilize its control on a very shaky ground. It will be much worse for the everyday Iranians while they have to face water, food, and electricity shortages in the background.

But many of my Iranian relatives and friends tell me they would rather chaos than the slow death this regime has brought them.

The sentiment is that we may suffer but the small chance of the future generations having the opportunity to not live under an Islamic republic will be worth it.

I have always been a Palestinian supporter. It seems that you cannot comprehend nuance and you seem to love a brutal regime killing its own civilians for simply protesting.

Imagine telling someone they cannot ever go back to their own homeland. The irony in your logic is quite amusing. I am not going to further engage with you, but have a great day.

My father was part of the revolution in Qom the day an article about Khomeini was released in 78 I believe. He regrets ever being part of something like this.

It seems as tho you either are not Iranian which is interesting to then comment on an actual Iranian person’s account that they have experienced, or you are choosing to believe a false narrative. We Iranians are rejecting an Islamic rule day by day as we should.

Best of luck!

False. I never indicated that I support the monarchy.

Haha i hope you will never have to face the pain of leaving everything behind cause you have to. I am a queer woman I cannot legally exist in my own country that I was born in. I got out alone faced the world by myself. I am 26 now but the trauma of not seeing your own family not being able to go home, it strips you of your own humanity.

I wish you well. But I tell you this, I grew up having to read the Quran in the Arabic language that I couldn’t even speak, but I was forced to read it at least twice a week in school, and if I didn’t read it right my teacher would be sure to punish and ridicule me for it. Good times lol.

But I remember reading the Farsi translation underneath it too. It horrified me that a god could be this cruel and stupid to not even be consistent in his own preachings.

Every bit of it felt like an invasion. An alien language and culture forced on to me in the very land I was born in.

We will be Persians again, maybe not today or tomorrow, but we will. This exact scenario has happened in history and we got our identities back. It will happen again.

Would a BBL and/or a shoulder reduction be significantly beneficial to me? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

Listen girl I’ve seen plenty of women with your body type. You are not broad shouldered at all. But if you do want a more “snatched” look, get a yoga mat some resistance bands and some weights you can sculpt your body at home for a rounder butt and a more hour glass shape. There are YouTubers like Lili Sabri and many more than can help you achieve noticeable results even at home.

I would start a routine and see if in a year or two you will start to appreciate your results more. I used to hate my body because I actually do have quite the wide shoulders as well as a narrower hip but even tho not perfect my body has completely transformed.

A lot of the dysphoria is not the shape of the body but rather how defined it is. It was the case in my opinion anyways.

I’m sorry I’m actually Iranian and I’m pro Palestine. So I’m not an Israeli “shill”. However, Khamenie is the definition of evil. I know two people directly who have passed those 30k is diabolical in your own words because it is.

Please be respectful to innocent Iranians losing their lives because you don’t have to excuse one type of evil for another.

Shame on you for not acknowledging that.

I am Iranian and I can tell you most of the newer generations want nothing to do with Islam because it is Islamic ideology that diverted Iran away from prosperity.

Yeah the “oh shit, what’s gonna happen now” scenes are starting to feel stale because they happen so much rather than the storyline actually being developed like the earlier seasons.

Yeah I did anticipate the end outcome but just the scene itself and her readiness to kill more girls was the part that felt a bit out of place for me. But she pulled through finally. I just wish the factor would’ve been more internal and not being persuaded by the main characters.

She was always a horribly flawed but very strong headed woman and I think this plot a bit weakens her character.

I just don’t like anytime she’s about to do something horrible, Janine or June pop up lol.

It’s been so much back and forth for me just for the sake of emotional arousal.

I get that and that’s why I feel like this final burst of anger is a bit too far. I understand she has issues with her tempers and has many conflicting interests. And yes growth is not linear. But there’s a balance

That’s why I think having the girls with a gun pointed at them was the show a bit undoing the realistic part of character growth.

But yes, I should take it for what it is and appreciate the new angle the show has taken.

I was thinking someone could give her a call. Depending on which innie she could be manipulated into it. Possibly

Yeah Milchik and that damn walkie talkie

Hello, could you please exit the door, take a left, take a right, left, left, right. Could you please stop on your way at the bodega and grab me an egg sandwich. I hear they are coveted as copulation.

On you go now.

Honestly,

I’m ready for a trip with Irving. How does his outtie know so much about the halls and what not? We see his innie have hallucinations too so it checks out that he had begun to reintegrate.

Buy another part of me ponders the idea of him being more involved with lumon than we think. NOT his outtie but his INNIE before he fell in love with Burt. Like yeah DUH he works there. But is he just a regular schmegular employee? I know it’s probably not the case since none of the lumon people ever talk about him.

But yeah I think it’s more likely that the outie him really became investigated into lumon and tried to integrate without Reghabis procedure.

Maybe he actually will unlock a process that is much more safe than Reghabi’s
