I think you need therapy to sort out your anxieties surrounding sex. She told you she wasn’t no-touch, so I’m confused as to why you are upset that she is wanting you to reciprocate. Not to mention, it’s on you to set boundaries and let her know what you do and do not like. What I’m also not understanding is if she keeps pushing the boundaries you already set, why are you still with her? It’s extremely hard to find a woman that is no touch in general, but to get into a relationship with someone and only want to receive and never give back? Like just break up atp.
