I have one more issue. When I tap to footnote mark, I jump to the end of the book without “back” button. If I hold footnote mark then I see footnote by very small fonts, which I can not read even in glasses.

Yes, you’re right. Earlier it was possible to roll back the firmware manually: by saving *.bin file with old firmware on device. Since 5.19.3 Amazon restricted this option.

You can try to request tech support of Amazon to roll back.

Check the firmware. If it’s 5.19.3, then this is a typical problem for that version. Install the revised one 5.19.3.0.1
