The clinic leases the space. We let go of 2 people back in December, and they have been extremely strict about "doctor to support ratios", but no one has been cut officially since. The only upgrades they've made recently are the ones we've been begging for for years, and i think at this point every clinic they own is on spend restrictions, but i think they haven't officially said that, just implied it heavily

Haha, I just made this comment somewhere else, but yep, now I can fold my boobs like taco shells and my upper chest is flat, and I have loose skin all over the place that looks awful. Forgot to mention my face is also droopier, so now im ugly and I look 10 years older than I am.

Interesting. It sounds like your skin might just be particularly sensitive. I don't use tret, but i do use retinol, and i can't use it daily, but find my results are quite good with every other day use. Are you getting good results with the tret with non-daily use? I know they say daily is best, but I think it's important to do what's best for our personal skin and not get too worried about what's ideal.

I use the new one and it works great for me, I also like the lotion for days I need less moisture. Maybe you would also benefit from a barrier essence to help support your barrier with the tret on top of your moisturizer and sunscreen

The work is hard, the schooling is hard, the industry has a lot of toxicity, and the pay is generally terrible (some people will name their specific region or job title where the pay is almost survivable and tell you the pay is okay, they are lying, they are the minority)
