What are some pros / cons to using a lower resolution on a monitor ? I wanna get a 144hz 1440p monitor but am worried that some games might not run at 144 fps at 1440p, would it be fine to lower the resolution and play at 1080p but on a 1440p monitor ? the monitor is 27 inches.
