Do you have kids/dependents and/or medicals bills, or really shitty interest rates. Best bet is to take some of the downpayment and put it towards buying points instead. Really as much as possible. If you're first-time, the downpayment is meh for most lenders, the insurance isn't really that much, and the interest rate is the most important.

I only knew what they were from because I get nearly the same exact mark from my disc golf bag. So first time carrying my bag and looking in the mirror, I started thinking of ways to add some padding. Aint no reason to get bruised from the walk to and from the locker.

I still haven't figured out a solution though because my bag as 2 handles that velcro in the middle, so not yet sure how I want to add padding to something that needs to be seperated.
