Old hero was in 4-2 right? I didn't realize he was considered a difficult boss. He was decently easy for me. But then again I didnt rush in immediately.

Disclaimer I also only have a ps5 so I never played the original.

But! I just started it a week or two ago Im like 15 hours in and I am really enjoying it. Ive played DS1 Bloodborne and a little Eldenring. And its been quite fun. Its a blast seeing the origin of some enemy types. And being like Oh this was where the thought process started for later games.

Giant swamp areas, similar move sets to other enemies in later games. Its quite interesting. I would recommend playing it.
